Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is due to finding rotten wood on the roof and gutters discovered at the end of the tear-off of old shingles.   Contractor:  Childers Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc.; Engineer:  Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $6,474.00.  The substantial completion date is July 22, 2013.  Engineer fees will increase by $388.44 as a result of this Change Order.
